Godly mixtape is godly. I call this The New Creation mixtape because I am a new creation, and as are most of you. A lot of these songs strengthen my relationship with my redeemer. You’ll find that all of these tunes are of a different genre, and are not any of the same ol’ Christian song formula that you hear (disclaimer: I don’t know if all of them are Christian artists, but they don’t need to be in order to strengthen the church). In The Words (of Satan) is incredibly playful song, and drop your expectations of it now, because it’s not what you think it is. Treehouse (Remix) is a song to lose yourself to, and just jam. And the opening slap, Dead Hearts, capture my feelings about my life, simply put, and the lack of spirit in my generation. The song is charming, and the harmonies will rock your socks off.
